Refund Policy

STIQQ sticker packs are digital generation requests, so completed purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.

Credits allocated to your account are final and cannot be refunded for cash. This includes credits allocated through a subscription plan, promotional grant, reimbursement, or direct credit purchase.

If a request fails because of an internal server or generation issue, the used stickers are reimbursed as credits to the logged-in account or guest email tied to the purchase.

Requests rejected because a photo is unsuitable, includes banned content, includes multiple subjects, or violates the terms are not automatically reimbursed.
