Refund Policy

STIQQ sticker packs are digital generation requests, so completed purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.

If a request fails because of an internal server or generation issue, the used stickers are reimbursed to the logged-in account or guest email tied to the purchase.

Requests rejected because a photo is unsuitable, includes banned content, includes multiple people, or violates the terms are not automatically reimbursed.
