Subscription Tier Terms

STIQQ subscription tiers provide a recurring monthly allocation of sticker credits and may unlock a lower per-sticker request rate while the subscription is active.

Subscription prices, included monthly credits, and any subscriber rate are shown before checkout. Your selected payment method is charged on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

You can change your subscription tier or cancel through account settings when subscription management is available. Tier changes, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and billing timing may be handled by Stripe or another payment processor.

Credits allocated to your account are digital account value for STIQQ sticker generation only. All allocated credits are final and cannot be refunded for cash, including credits allocated through a subscription plan, promotional grant, reimbursement, or direct credit purchase.

If a generation request fails because of an internal server or generation issue, STIQQ may reimburse the affected request in credits. Credit reimbursements do not create a cash refund right and do not reverse prior subscription credit allocations.

If you cancel a subscription, your plan benefits stop according to the cancellation timing shown by the billing provider. Credits already allocated before cancellation remain subject to these terms and the refund policy.
